Because I grew up in the area, so I know the best home values from Aspen to De Beque. I think it's important to understand the specific needs and challenges of our local area. That's why I'm skilled in mineral rights, water rights and rural properties.
I have a high standard of integrity and endurance to see your transaction through from start to finish. I'll be with you every step of the way. From listing or viewing a home to closing the sale. Your interests are my focus.

Rich Reynolds, Retired Broker 970-618-2698
Rich has lived and worked in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley’s since 1964. He raised three children here. And still lives here with his wife of over 55 years.
Real Estate Experience:
Rich has been in the Real Estate business for over 50 years, much of it from the client side of the desk. For many years he has been involved in buying lots, building, and selling speck homes. And owning and managing rental properties - both residential and commercial.
He has also developed property, from small lot splits to larger subdivisions. He went back to school and received his Real Estate license and began working more directly with buyers and sellers, and less on the construction side of things.
Having bought and sold numerous properties, lived through the boom and bust cycles caused by resource development in western Colorado, He is familiar with the unique features that affect the value of properties - like scenic views, tourism, and recreational access. Because of these experiences, he was in a unique position to be able to represent both buyers and sellers.
Now retired, Rich still proves to be an abundant resource of real estate knowledge.
